Where does KINLYDIY ship?
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 7–15 business days in transit, while expedited shipping generally takes 5–8 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Please contact us at support@kinlydiy.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or production, changes may no longer be possible.
What is your return policy?
Eligible standard, non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
Can personalized items be returned?
Because personalized items are created specifically for you, they are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If your personalized item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email support@kinlydiy.com within 14 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue. Eligible damaged, defective or incorrect items can be replaced or refunded according to our policy.

No additional standard import duties or customs charges should be collected from you at delivery. Standard import duties associated with eligible KINLYDIY shipments are covered according to our Shipping Policy.
